KKB Partner Stacy Ehrlich will be moderating a panel at the Food and Drug Law Institute’s (FDLI’s) Tobacco and Nicotine Products Regulation and Policy Conference on October 27, 2021. Ms. Ehrlich’s panel, “Pre-Market Tobacco Applications (PMTAs): Recent Decisions and Surveying the Post-Deadline Landscape,” will address recent PMTA decisions, followed by a discussion on whether these decisions were consistent with the statutory standard and FDA’s guidance, and what to expect for still-pending and future applications. She will be joined by panelists, Matthew R.
