KKB Partner Daniel Dwyer will be speaking at the Food and Drug Law Institute’s Food Enforcement and Compliance Conference being held on March 26, 2020, in Washington DC.
Mr. Dwyer’s presentation will cover new USDA hemp rules along with advice on how food and dietary supplement manufacturers can remain compliant when using hemp-derived ingredients. He will be joined by two co-panelists, Frederick R. Ball of Duane Morris LLP, and Deborah Miran, Former Commissioner of the Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission, on a panel moderated by Ricardo Carvajal of Hyman, Phelps & McNamara PC.
