Kleinfeld, Kaplan & Becker, LLP, is pleased to announce the election of Jacqueline J. Chan as a partner in the firm, effective January 1, 2020. Ms. Chan first joined the firm as an associate in 2016. Previously, she worked as an associate in the FDA practice group at a global law firm and as a litigation associate at a D.C.-based law firm. Ms. Chan’s practice focuses on advising and representing large, small, and start-up companies regulated by the Food and Drug Administration regarding regulatory compliance, advertising claims, and potential liability issues. She serves as an active member of her clients’ teams, working to find solutions to meet both legal and business goals.
