KKB has extensive experience dealing with USDA's Food Safety Inspection Service (FSIS) on issues relating to meat, poultry and egg products. On behalf of clients, we regularly advise on labeling issues and seek label approval from FSIS, and also work with both FDA and FSIS to seek approval of new ingredients. We also work with FSIS' Risk Innovation Management Division to seek approval of new processing aids and manufacturing technologies.
