Our representation includes evaluation of the need for substantial product hazard reports under Section 15(b) of the Consumer Product Safety Act and advising on product recalls and other corrective actions, as well as how to respond to product inquiries from the CPSC staff with respect to consumer reports to the CPSC regarding possible product defects.
