REGULATION OF OTHER PRODUCTS

KKB provides advice to clients concerning the administration and enforcement of:

		The Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act, including EPA registration and labeling requirements for pesticide products
		The Consumer Product Safety Act and other laws and regulations administered by the Consumer Product Safety Commission, including substantial hazard reporting requirements and child resistant packaging requirements
		The Meat and Poultry Inspection Act, including USDA labeling, import and inspection requirements
		State statutes, regulations and initiatives, including California’s Proposition 65, Board of Pharmacy, wholesale distributor licensing and formulary requirements, product liability and preemption limitations under the NLEA and other federal laws, and state licensing and unfair trade practice rules
