Consumer Product Safety Commission

KKB counsels manufacturers and distributors of consumer products regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission. Our representation includes making substantial product hazard reports under Section 15(b) of the Consumer Product Safety Act and advising on product recalls and other corrective actions, as well as how to respond to product inquiries from the CPSC staff with respect to consumer reports to the CPSC regarding possible product defects. KKB lawyers have also represented clients in rulemaking proceedings before the CPSC and in judicial review proceedings challenging CPSC rules.
