James William (“Will”) Woodlee

James William (“Will”) Woodlee* is an associate with the firm. Mr. Woodlee counsels clients regulated by the Food and Drug Administration, Department of Agriculture, Environmental Protection Agency, Federal Trade Commission, Consumer Product Safety Commission, Drug Enforcement Administration, and other health and safety regulatory bodies at both the federal and state levels. Mr. Woodlee advises on a wide range of matters, including the regulatory status of ingredients, product labeling requirements, and advertising substantiation and labeling claims. He also assists in preparing documents that address issues for resolution by governmental agencies, private parties or organizations (e.g., NAD), and the courts.

Before joining Kleinfeld, Kaplan and Becker, LLP, in 2010, Mr. Woodlee clerked for two administrative law judges at the United States Department of Labor. During law school, he served as an Executive Editor for the Wake Forest Law Review.
