Justine Johnson is an associate who advises pharmaceutical, tobacco, dietary supplement, food, and cosmetic clients on a variety of regulatory matters before FDA and other regulatory agencies. Ms. Johnson also counsels clients regarding regulatory strategies for product development and post-marketing compliance, as well as advertising and labeling issues.*

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Johnson worked as a corporate associate at a global law firm in New York. In this role, she primarily represented pharmaceutical companies on a broad range of corporate and compliance matters, including transactional matters, corporate governance, corporate restructuring, strategic alliances, and supply and distribution matters. She previously served as a law clerk for the Hon. Harry D. Leinenweber of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and interned with a pharmaceutical company.

Ms. Johnson earned her J.D., cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law and her B.A. in History and Legal Studies, with departmental honors, and an Integrated Marketing Certificate from Northwestern University.
